Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping is a flat $7.50 per order. Tracking information will be emailed when your order ships. Carrier delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Please review your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at Tylerhearingmerch@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been accepted by the carrier.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days after your order is delivered. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

To start a return, email Tylerhearingmerch@gmail.com before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

After an approved return is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at Tylerhearingmerch@gmail.com with your order number and photos so we can make it right.

Items that cannot be returned

Items that have been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned.
